The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing the CEO or any 7Buyhub staff member.
- Repeatedly contacting personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, or personal social media accounts without authorization.
- Attempting to obtain, publish, share, or misuse the personal contact details of the CEO or any team member without permission.
- Using Telegram, social media, or any other platform to discover, collect, or distribute personal contact information of 7Buyhub staff.
- Doxxing, stalking, impersonation, blackmail, extortion, or any other conduct that interferes with the privacy or safety of our team.
- Making false allegations, defamatory statements, or engaging in activities intended to damage the reputation of 7Buyhub or its staff.
Any official support request must be made only through the communication channels published on the 7Buyhub website.
If any customer or third party engages in the prohibited conduct described above, 7Buyhub reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate the customer’s account.
- Cancel pending or future orders.
- Refuse further service.
- Preserve relevant records and evidence.
- Report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Pursue appropriate civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law, including the laws of India, to protect the rights, privacy, property, and reputation of 7Buyhub and its personnel.
Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights or remedies available to 7Buyhub under applicable law.
